Terms and Conditions

1. To confirm your booking with Global Image Photography $150 deposit is required. The deposit is included as part of your total cost of the wedding package.

2. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel your wedding with Global Image Photography.

3. If your wedding date changes, your deposit will carry over to your new wedding date. If we are already booked on that date your deposit will be non refundable.

4. The balance of your chosen wedding package is due minimum 2 weeks before your wedding date. If the balance has not been received by the due date, a 10% late fee will be charged. If the balance has still not been received 7 days prior to the wedding, Global Image Photography reserves the right not to attend, and no refund will be given.

5. If your wedding photos go into any publication (newspaper, website, etc.), underneath the photo it must read "Photo by Global Image Photography".

6. Please note that we do not control the weather and unable to stay longer than the time described in your chosen package because of bad weather. It is always a good idea to have an alternative undercover area chosen for your photography before your wedding day in case of rain or bad weather.

7. The time - as described in your chosen package - will start when the photographer takes the first shot and finishes with the last shot. Travel time between different venues for photographic purposes will be included in your package and you cannot have a "time break" in any package whatsoever. If you would like a "time break" please contact us and we would be happy to work out a special quote for you.

8. We will only be able to supply you with high quality shots if only one speedlight (flash not built into cameras but attached separately) is used during your wedding photography - ours. It is the condition of Global Image Photography's attendance that no guests or anybody else present at your wedding will be using powerful speedlights. Small cameras with built in flash will not interfere with our speedlight therefore can be used at any time.

9. We do not guarantee a number of shots with any wedding package, how many photos you will receive will be depending on your and your guests cooperation on your wedding day.

10. It is your responsibility to organize your families for the family photos and it is always a good idea to nominate somebody, like the best man or a bridesmaid to do this for you. The photographer is not familiar with your friends and families and will not have time to run around to collect people for certain shots.

11. The photographer's assistant attends at weddings to assist the photographer and will be unable to carry the bridal bouquet, go to get drinks for the bridal party or take on any assignment given to her by anybody in the bridal party.

12. Global Image Photography reserves the right to use any image taken for promotional purposes.

13. We do not charge for travel anywhere in the metropolitan area but outside the metro area there will be a travel fee charged depending on the distance and destination of the wedding.

14. We actively encourage fun on your wedding day, (after all, this is how we get the best photos!), but if anyone from the bridal party or any of your guests become abusive towards either the photographer or the assistant, we will reserve the right to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

15. Global Image Photography reserves the right not to put any camera equipment in any situation where it can get damaged, therefore photos will not be taken in a sandstorm on the beach, in thunderstorm, etc. It is always advisable that you plan for an alternative venue in case of extreme weather.

16. The printing of your photos is strictly limited for the two of you and your families for private purposes and it is FORBIDDEN for you to pass on any of your wedding photos to any other service provider (florist, cake decorator, limousine company, etc.) for commercial use.
